I want to give a shout out to one of the valet workers, Lora. She was AMAZING and super friendly. I typically do not hug anyone from a hotel, but it just felt right to do as we were leaving. Everyone there were very nice and professional. The lobby has plenty of seating arrangements and the area to eat was great and comfortable, the staff there were very nice. The room…there are not enough stars to rate the room! Beautiful and spacious. 14 feet, at least ceilings. It was awesome! Very swanky! lol!

Love this property traditionally. We stayed in a suite this time due to have a family of 6 versus our normal 4. The suite room 342 was not well taken care of. The shower head had not been cleaned in some time, the toilet wobbled on the tile, mold around the light switches and around the AC vents. Outside of that the location and staff is great.
