Stayed here before cruise. Have a great shuttle service to take you to port for small fee like $11. The room was really nice. Bed was amazing and very clean room. Front staff extremely friendly! Breakfast wasn’t great but typical hotel breakfast. Would stay again !!

Our room was dirty. A staff member showed us other rooms but they were dirty as well. Per night approx $245 CAD ($180 US) was extremely expensive. But we survive. Price should be more like $120 CAD $95 US.

Could not watch tv, the cable or connection was bad, a lot of fuzz static, however the ladies at the front desk were amazing and friendly, very welcoming! Very clean room, customer service was great. Thank you !
