The room itself was very nice and clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful and it was nice having a balcony. The room was supposed to be ready by 4pm but it was not ready until 430. The tv wasn’t working and it took about an hour for someone to come and fix it. The couch had stains on it. The breakfast was not great. The juice machine was neat but the food itself was mediocre. The coffee was excellent though. The worst part is that you have to pay $15 a night to park there. Why would I pay to park at a hotel that I’m paying $250 a night to stay in? They also charge $4 for a bottle of soda. I expected a upcharge but doubling the price is really excessive. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful though.

Excellent location with many options to enjoy. Loved waking up to the view of Pleasure Pier and the beach. The parking situation is horrible. You have to pay to park in the parking garage on the north side of the property and cross the street, the lighting is limited. Coming back to the property at night isn’t typically what I would call safe especially if you’re alone.
