"This is my fourth time staying at this property each time for one night. It is reasonably priced for practicably being beach front and surrounded by so many dining options and some night life, not to mention Isla Verde beach is beautiful. The beach is behind the property and its an easy 1 minute walk. The airport is 5 to 8 minutes depending on traffic. It’s clean and as a single female traveler I have always felt safe there. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful. "

"Everything was just perfect. I wish I would have known about the bar didn’t realize till the night before leaving. But overall it was a beautiful experience. Definitely recommend it and will be staying here when i come back to Puerto Rico."

"I truly enjoyed my experience at The Looking Glass Hotel… The staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. When they found out it was my birthday upon my arrival, they surprised me with an upgraded room! I loved the clean, modern design of my room, and the hotel’s location was perfect to Uber for rides to all eateries and tourist attractions! I will definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers as well! "

"Meredith at check in was bordering on rude. Didn’t come across as personal, just like she’s someone who hates her job and possibly her life. But then we didn’t find any WiFi service for our room, despite having seen signs about it in the lobby. So my daughter went back to ask and returned saying that Meredyth was quite rude to my daughter. Made some flimsy excuses, then said she couldn’t do anything about it & told my daughter she could play basketball or volleyball instead. We almost...

"The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. I didn’t like that there was a bar outside of the hotel open on the weekends. They played loud music until late night and it could be heard from the room I was staying in, interrupting my sleep. Other than that, the hotel was great. "

"We enjoyed our time at Mare and had a very good experience. The one issue is that what you see in the pictures is not necessarily what you will get and the rooms vary greatly. Some had a refrigerator, others didn't; some had shelves and spacious bathrooms; our room had only a clothes rack with 5 hangers and you could only fit one person in the bathroom at a time.
