The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed after the previous guest, as shown in the attached photos. The bathroom was shared, though it was advertised as a private bathroom, and anyone could enter because it didn’t have an external lock, which actually happened as we heard. "Property was right across from Windsor Castle which was great. Facia was being renovated so there was scaffolding in front, but it did not affect our view. There were some minor issues on check in, the shower head was a little awkwardly positioned, and they did not have a do not disturb sign for the handle. We asked for our room to not be cleaned, but it was cleaned."
