"I needed somewhere near Gatwick and this was very reasonable, no problems with checking in, very friendly. However as the evening came I found the room quite cold, didn't see a radiator or anything, so I enquired at reception and was told there was an electric heater in the cupboard in the room, when I turned it on (it was an electric fan heater) I found it very noisy but it did warm the room up. "The beds were fine and all the pillows new. Kitchen small but adequately equipped. However it was on 2 floors with steep awkward winding stairs and the only loo wsd downstairs next to the kitchen so if you need to go during the night it's a real pain. "

"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"
