"Lesley and Tim were wonderful hosts and very friendly. Car parking was easy. Location good although we didn’t have the chance to explore as we were meeting friends for a Christmas lunch the next day. Room was nice and warm and the bed comfortable. The room was in need of an update but it didn’t worry us "

"The room and the wi fi was ok but the whole place is dirty.I’m not satisfied with the amount I paid for this room, no good services, no friendly environment, there is only one bathroom for 6 rooms which was so dirty and when I contacted the customer service they said it’s a shared house and they said they have a cleaning scheduled on Friday which was only emptying the bin in the kitchen. No recommended to women at all "

"The whole 'hotel' was not at all well kept. The decorating was shoddy to say the least. Whoever carried out the decorating is completely clueless - i could give many examples - all resulting in the actually cleanliness if the place coming into question. Not good at all. "

"Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."
