A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. Demanded a security deposit before releasing entry details despite having paid in advance of stay. No room in bathroom to stand at sink or sit on toilet. This property is not hotel quality "

"Shower wasn’t working at all, no hot water in washbasin tap, no heating in the room, later then found that the room lock was broke then decided to check out after few hours of checking in. "
