"Pleasant hotel in a quiet area with helpful staff. It's a very straightforward experience with not many amenities -- no hotel transportation, laundry service, refrigerators or microwave, for example. However, the staff were helpful with what the hotel did offer, and the breakfast was lovely. "The Randolph is ideally located in the centre of Oxford, with everything being in walkable distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The service, sadly, didn’t match the hotel’s offering. Many staff members came across as unwilling to help, and even tried moving our party from areas, having been told to sit there by other staff members."

"The staff are very friendly. One of the owners got us a map and showed us all the places of interest to go to in Oxford. I liked how close we were to the centre. All in all a lovely place to stay"

"Spotlessly clean room with very comfortable firm bed, nice bathroom with plenty of products and decent shower. The only downside with the shower was the lack of pressure but that is very minor nit picking. We ate in the restaurant with friends and all enjoyed a lovely meal. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and plenty of options. All in all it was a fabulous stay at the hotel."

"Great location to access Oxford and very close to shopping centre, prison museum, shops, restaurant and bars. We stayed in a basic room which was clean, quiet and had what we needed including a king size bed. The bed was very comfortable and great a king size came as standard.
