"We got the king great room. Very nice and spacious with the most amazing view. Would rate this place 9/10. Everything was perfect. Only thing that could’ve made it better was if it was a 5 minute walk to heavenly village instead of 30. But I had a rental car so wasn’t an issue at all for us."

"For the price, I would have expected a little more. Room was great, zero complaints there. Breakfast was pretty minimal and at one point I noticed the milk was expired and let the front desk person know. She seemed unconcerned and didn’t immediately pull it from the fridge. One staff member with glasses and longer curly hair was wonderful; very nice and helpful. The other front desk girl who was younger with straight dark hair probably shouldn’t be in customer service. "Excellent! Beautiful lake view. The only thing is that my room was next to laundry room and smoke coming out probably from driers. For summer time one cannot go to the balcony for fresh air. It was ok for me as it was wintertime and cold. I couldn’t not go out to balcony anyway. "

"The toom was large! Big living room, 2 nice kitchen fully equipped with really nice cabinets. The bedrooms each have a bathroom style sink and a third sink outside the toilet/shower. Close to a nice beach. Staff helpful and available 24 hr"
