Only thing to be mindful of for other guests would be to say the property doesnt make clear that they wont send you details of how to self check in until the actual day of your arrival, as you need a door pincode to access your room, and its very difficult to make contact with the property. "Such a lovely family run hotel. We stayed with our nine month old baby and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent, central parking provided and the location is in the heart of Shrewsbury. Rooms had everything you needed. Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Shrewsbury. "

"What a wonderful mini break for my husband and I plus our two little dogs. We stayed at The Fox and were greeted warmly by staff on arrival. Everyone was so friendly. The town was absolutely stunning, gorgeous buildings, quaint shops and pubs. We ate in The Fox on our first night and the food was wonderful and great value for money! Our little dogs enjoyed their stay also and were fussed over by everyone! Highly recommend The Fox if you’re in the area"
