"Difficult one to award stars. The hotel itself, appearance and setting is fantastic. The service and quality of food was exceptional as was the value for money. The one thing that was a huge disappointment was the room. We stayed in room 12. The bed, I think, was installed when the hotel was built, it was so uncomfortable that neither of us slept for more than a couple of hours. "I was given details of a specific flat with entry to obtain the keys, panicked when keys weren’t there , quickly told how to obtain spares, when I opened the door there was already someone there. Told they had changed and got the new keys etc. what they don’t tell you is that there a sound alarm so when the arc went loud it tripped this and we got a call.
