"I loved staying at this hotel. The grounds and plantings are gorgeous, the pools feel totally luxurious and all the public spaces feel spacious, clean and elegant. They offer free airport transfers and one can pick up and drop off a rental car right at the hotel, how convenient is that.!!! My room was just fine. I had requested a refrigerator and got one. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious, and I thought great for the price. My granddaughters loved the pools. I plan on staying here...

"Pros: Amazing hot springs, good kids area (fun slides), everything was clean, cart rides if needed to rooms, great security, staff was great, location is perfect (close to volcano) and restaurants Cons: Towels/locker area for day pass people was inconvenient, walking up hill (rooms far away), lots of people, limited restaurants, day pass people have to have cash for towels (inconvenient) "
