You’re about 30 minutes from La Fortuna (the nearest big city) ensuring you true rainforest adventures. Staff are amazing and the food was great. If you’re looking for a relaxing, fun and unique experience; I highly recommend you check this place out. "

"Poas Volcano Lodge is a place that leaves you with lasting memories! From the incredible surroundings to the stunning interior that provides a “I wish this were my home” feel. We really enjoyed relaxing and reading our books in one of the several sitting areas. The wood burning stove added an extra warmth to the experience. The hiking trails right at the property were enjoyable. Having to navigate around the cows just added to the experience. We also enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner we had here. You could tell that they use fresh and locally sourced ingredients for the meals."

"For the price an excellent well taken care of Place. Person in charge was in many text conversation because of late arrival. Only down side Perhaps for some no elevators. "
