"This place was just wonderful. The hot springs are beautiful, the rooms lovely and so clean, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was delicious, and the tour guide, Neny, was just wonderful. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the animals we saw. She really enhanced our visit. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a paradise!!"

"This place is cozy and beautiful. If you want to be surrounded by warm people and lush gardens, this is the place. The water feature with gold fish on the back patio is like a small meditation retreat. A lot of love when went into building this little gem."

"We only stayed one night. Check-in was simple and easy, The staff were all very friendly. The property is gorgeous and unique. Weather was really rainy and wet, so we didn't get to explore too much around the outside of the property. Our room was exactly as described and quiet, however, the walls are somewhat thin and you can hear other guests but not in a horrible way. It's more like a comfortable home rather than a hotel. The dining room was lovely, dinner was nice and the included breakfast was delicious. Delicious! It's a really neat area and we left the next morning to go straight to the volcano so everything was convenient and scenic."

"This lovely family run vintage hotel is just minutes from the airport by taxi. The staff are super friendly and helpful, eager to provide any service they can. It is like staying with friends. Don’t expect air con, you won’t need it anyway, do expect a delightful breakfast, delicious coffee, comfortable beds, and smiles and courtesy from everyone who works there."
