"The property is beautiful and true farm to table dining but therefore a limited menu. The private cassitas are lovely and spacious with a large bathroom and private patio. However the bed creaked getting in and out and whenever you moved and the mattress was so hard I barely slept. The hot tub was too scalding hot to actually enjoy but the setup was stunning. "

"It's very out of the way, a little hard to find, but beautiful. Not fancy, clean, rustic. Cute. Great breakfast. Only one restaurant close by, but they told us that the other restaurants deliver. There is a 'kitchenette' in the room, so you can bring some groceries if you like. Or reheat leftovers. "

"The bungalow were in was partially under a tree and ut rained constantly for 18 hours. The constant water falling off the tree onto the roof was so LOUD,it made it impossible to hear each other talk. Sleep was impossible!. We planned a 3 night stay, but had leave after the first night. The bungalow was poorly designed with very poor lighting."

"The family and Michael were all amazingly accommodating and very friendly. The place was spacious and the air conditioner worked amazingly well. Your backyard is literally an animal sanctuary with fantastic tours you can join in on. It is a very private cabin and away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close to the city. "Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Helped us with seeing wildlife in the surrounding rain forest. He delivered our daily breakfasts with his car…..a short drive from his house to our cabin. Refreshed our sit-in pool during our stay. Upon our request….gave us coffee for the coffee maker. Very friendly owner…..enjoyed chatting about wildlife!"

"På grund af vejens beskaffenhed nåede vi ikke op til hotellet. Det var en meget bumpet og til tider oversvømmet tilkørselsvej, så vores lokale chauffør nægtede at køre os. Vi valgte derfor at blive på “hovedvejen” og endte med at sove i Grecia, den nærmeste by. Alt endte således godt, fordi vi blev adopteret af en lokal. Hotellet kan kun anbefales til rejsende med en meget kraftig 4-hjulstrækker. "

"The property and the house were amazing! Spectacular view of Arenal from our balcony, nice pool, well stocked kitchen, and nice trails and view points on property. A short drive into La Fortuna and all the local attractions. Brayan the host was amazing. When I asked he provided local recommendations for attractions. He restocked or kitchen with more tea and coffee when we needed it. Most notably Brayan went above and beyond with a special request for Valentine's flowers."
