"I read several negative reviews on the property. We found it quite adequate and really good in a few areas. Yes, some of the floors are not level. Yes, some of the furniture is older and has character. Yes, the elevators, hallways, room, and especially the bathroom are small. In New York City all these things add up to 'Vintage Charm'. Only thing that sucked was the pool and hot tub shut down the day we checked in and we booked this hotel specifically for the use of the pool and hot tub. So pretty dissappinted. "This was the perfect hotel for my quick trip to the city. The location is very convenient and the staff was super friendly. The room was a little dated and needed new carpeting, but it was comfortable anyway. The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure.
