"It was quiet and comfortable "

"Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, parking was easy and plenty of it. Bed was comfortable, temperature was easy to set. Only reason I did not rate hotel as excellent was because internet was terrible. I spent as much time reconnecting to the net as I did using it. I considered this a service so that is why it was only good. All of the service people were great."

"Nice but a bit outdated. All day coffee and breakfast are great. But elevators are slow and it takes forever for the hot water to reach the bathroom "

"The breakfast attendee Carol was fabulous. The room fridge froze everything, so not so good. Also the blackout curtains dont work I couldn't get the room dark enough to sleep well. "

"This place is always great to stay at when I'm traveling the next day from Cleveland Hopkins. Nearly renovated rooms a great breakfast in the morning. Love the park stay and fly option with the shuttle. Place is very clean and room rates are always affordable even on a weekend night"
