"Not worth the price paid. Very inconvenient as we only got one key and one parking space - not friendly for more than three person especially if you have separate plans. Towels looks dirty (white turned gray). Sofa had holes and worn out. One of the legs supported by a nutella container. No access to netflix even though services provided. No hot water in shower!"

"Unfortunately, I caught a cold/flu in KL. Because of the way the pods were designed, the mattress is not very thick. So after my last two nights of the six, my back started to tighten up. This is not a complaint, only a comment and I woulgd recommend this hotel to the younger traveler. "

"Terrible experience. When I tried to check in, I had to wait for ages. There was no real urgency to check customers in. They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. I had shown proof on my booking confirmation, however that was not satisfactory. The whole experience was awful. I had planned to stay there again, due to the low cost, however I cancelled this....
