They said that an email was sent to us canceling our reservations 2 days prior. We were on a cruise at the time and did not get this email because we had no service while on the cruise. It was a very unfortunate situation. We are from the USA and found out upon arrival in England that our cell phones were not working properly so...

"Very good property overall. Lovely but also helpful staff showed us around the hotel, and very good area as well (short walk down the high street to the beautiful beach/pier) and lovely beds and bathroom. Very clean and would definitely recommend. "

They showed us to our room and were always around. Breakfast was a full english and was 10/10. The room was cute spacious with a lovely bathroom. The estate itself is large but is in good condition.
