"We stayed at Teva for 3 nights near the end of our trip and overall enjoyed the stay. The Good - the rooms are clean but very basic. Ours was one with a ceiling fan and aircon (AC essential in this location i think). The pool area was nice, and there were various places to sit in the grounds. You could also use the kitchen area if needed. We saw monkeys and iguanas in the grounds. There were trails in the ground too but it was too wet for us to explore these. "I enjoyed the lay out of the property. The pools were nice and clean. The staff was incredible. The location was fantastic if you want to be close to the action but not right in the middle of it. Also we saw Macaw’s, Iguanas and monkey’s along with other wild life right from our patio. Also there is an incredible secluded beach within just a short hike from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price. "

"We appreciated our Stay at Colibrí. The room and surrounding areas were kept very clean. The pool is beautiful and there is a poolside bar that is open in the afternoon. Breakfasts are available for an additional cost. Owners and staff were very nice. One thing to note is that check in is by 8 p.m. or you need to make prior arrangements for staff to stay later.
