"We stayed here for 7 nights. Room was clean, comfortable, liked view of lagoon. Housekeeping was a bit spotty ( forgot to leave towels, soap, coffee on some days). Restaurant service was extremely slow, even though we never saw more than a handful of tables occupied. Each visit, it took about 15 minutes for server to take our order, another 45 minutes to get food. Quality was average (often delivered barely warm), expensive for what it was. "We booked our room for a family member’s wedding that was being held at the hotel. Convenience was key, but we also got a great room with a breathtaking view. Hotel staff members were always friendly and helpful. The beach and pool were amazing. What a trip!"

"The hotel was nice with an amazing Bay view and pool lounge area. The front desk staff were nice and friendly especially Chris. He had great customer service and very down to earth. The junior suite is a nice size with an amazing view of the bay if you’re on the back side of the hotel. The balcony is also a nice size. There’s a small sofa but no chair(s).
