"We were 2 hrs early than 2PM checkin. They would charge 20 pounds for early checkin, so we left our bags at front desk, until 2pm, so we could eat lunch without our bags. Bathroom is small and toilet was uncomfortable and too close to the wall. Hard to sit easily, due to wall. My white socks turned darker, while walking on the carpet. Carpet needed steam cleaning. It’s outdated, filthy, wallpaper peeling off, TVs don’t work, just incredibly grubby. You’re paying for the location and not a nice nights sleep."

"My room in this centrally located hotel was clean and the check-in was easily done. I regularly travel to London and I've previously stayed in this hotel before. I recommend this to solo short term travellers who just need a basic accommodation within the city's centre.
