A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. "This is a larger-sized house hotel, I arrived late but the host was staying up and then was invited into the house, was made a coffee and shown to the room. Many steps have been taken to make the place operate as a hotel, I stayed a few nights and felt I would be welcomed back."

"The accommodation was clean, parts of the floor need attention, bathroom was clean with 1 towel and loo roll. Initial communication was fine but the tv nor internet wasn’t working so any coms re these issues absolutely not response, event tried calling but no answer. I know the area very well but as this is essentially an extension to a residential property it doesn’t look like a hotel.
