"We stayed here to visit friends who live really close to the hotel. As this is a "contactless hotel" there is no reception to check in or out. You should receive a text/email the day before your stay telling you the access code to gain entry to the hotel, your room number and code to open the key safe on the wall outside your room. "Very nice little place to stay for a walking weekend in the hills. Room very well laid out and comfortable with added bonus of a balcony with a very pleasant view. Within walking distance of Malvern town, taking about 30mins."

"I just needed a room for the night due to work in the area the following day. For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The room (small apartment with shared toilet) had everything you need (fridge microwave, shower) and probably,d again surprisingly, a very comfy memory foam mattress. All was clean and directly opposite shops and a very good Indian restaurant. Parking, although road side, was ample. Would stay again."

"Stayed here for 2 days. Very close to the train station, as well as the bus stop for local buses to nearby villages. It was perfect for my needs. Bed was comfortable as well, and I slept like a baby. NOTE: There's no door to the bathroom (only a curtain). If you're sharing a room, make sure you're comfortable with this."
