"Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...

"Stayed here for 2 days. Very close to the train station, as well as the bus stop for local buses to nearby villages. It was perfect for my needs. Bed was comfortable as well, and I slept like a baby. NOTE: There's no door to the bathroom (only a curtain). If you're sharing a room, make sure you're comfortable with this."

"The staff had zero accountability. I arrived at 2 PM, but no one opened the door. I tried to find their contact details, but the phone number listed on their website was incorrect. I contacted Expedia, and even after more than three hours of trying, they couldn’t reach the hotel either. They completely ruined my day. I was in that city for a job interview, and because of this mess, I missed it. I was stuck outside for over nine hours before I finally had to book another hotel."

"A very cosy cottage with much privacy. Not far from Stow town center. Very clean and comfortable stay . We like it a lot Unfortunately we only stayed for one night. Did not have opportunity to enjoy the back garden. Beautiful both inside and outside. An excellent place to enjoy! Highly recommended for family of four in the middle of Cotswold."
