"Five beautiful weeks in San Diego in February...what could make those weeks even more perfect? ...a lovely place to stay! Evan's condo was in the heart of San Diego, just a few blocks from the Gaslamp District (far enough away to be out of the noise; close enough to stroll over any time), one block from Petco Park and a nice walk to the bay area. The condo was beautiful, Evan was receptive to any questions I had, the private parking was very convenient, and the balcony was especially fun to use....

"This unit was immaculate! Furnishings were well cared for and comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! "There is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor, so there are a lot of stairs to get up to it. Everyone that we encountered that lives in the apartment building was very nice. There were some issues, but they were taking care of the next day. There was a lot of car and airplane noise. Is a pretty good location, close to South Park and maybe 10 to 15 min. To a lot of shopping. All and all we were comfortable there."

The entrance to the building is down a narrow alley between a high fence and another building, this felt a little odd. An old-school friendly convenience store a few doors down the street proved … very convenient! The interior of this older building is nicely updated. Nothing fancy but we just needed a place to sleep. There’s no dishwasher...

"The residence is clean and super cute. The neighborhood is probably not ideal for families with small children. One night there was a woman screaming in Street in front of home so we had to escort our small children around her to get in home without drawing her attention to us as she was stopping cars and anyone else she saw. Another time while going to our car a man rode up on a bicycle and harassed us for money. Was not ideal when small children present."
