"This property was the perfect stay! The host was very easy to contact with any of our concerns or questions. The property was within a 20 minute walk to the convention center, which was a great way to get our day started. This property is also very accessible by bus from the airport. The property itself had all of the necessities for the week, and was within walking distance of lots of restaurants and coffee shops. "

"Overall, this place was very nice & comfortable to stay for a business trip. It rained and blew during our stay, didn't get a chance to try out the hot tub and bbq grill. Next trip down to San Diego, I am booking this place again for work or pleasure. We found a few restaurants and gas station just a few blocks away. "We used this space so that we could all stay together for a conference at the SD convention center. It's located closeby, and has awesome common space for relaxing. kitchen is very well equipped. It was a little too cold to use the outdoors, but when it's warm enough it would be really cool to have this space. The bedrooms are interesting. If you're a light sleeper, skip the downstairs bedrooms as they're close to the kitchen. All in all it worked well for us. I'd possibly recommend having a...

"This property is a hidden gem in a charming neighborhood with great coffee shops, close to downtown and other charming neighborhoods. The contemporary design, thoughtful amenities like an array of spices, cooking utensils and a Jacuzzi steps away, and spotless cleanliness stood out. My guest loved watching the game on the huge TV, and late-night access was seamless and safe. This is now my go-to spot for Zen weekends in San Diego. Highly recommend!"

"The condo was great for 2 couples, had plenty of space and everything we needed for an enjoyable 4 day stay. Many very good restaurants in short walking distance. Swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center on location and we used them every day. The host provided great instructions and checked in with me to ensure we had everything we needed. Best of all, we had a 3 min walk (across the street) to Petco field for baseball. Could not have been in a better location !! Looking forward to our return...

"We were super happy with our stay in San Diego. The apartment had everything we needed. The staff was attentive, always responding to our requests in a timely manner, and with a helpful attitude. Would stay here again. The location was quick ride to Convention Center where our event was. Knock of 1 point for homeless problem - nothing they can do about that, though."

"had a gerrible check in process. did not give me the address way in advance. when did give address, gave a false address. when i arrived, to the false address, it took me 45 minutes before i was able to get into the correct apartment because of the owner's asking for additional documentation from me. very disturbing. the apartment itself is mimimalist. no instruction book. very poor lighting. no parking. "
