"Property was exactly as listed. We got in to town earlier than check in and Nick was very accommodating with an early check in. I honestly don’t have a single complaint. I do think when we return I’d like to stay up one level higher to be able to have an unrestricted view but I also would stay in unit C again. No complaints! Enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by throughout every day of our stay. Highly recommend getting up early and catching the sunrise! "

"We enjoyed eight days in this condo - the beach was at our fingertips and sunsets were viewed from the deck of the condo as well as the beach. The Oceanside Pier is just over a half mile walk along the beach. Restaurants and the marina are a short walk in the opposite direction. Another plus for us was the fact that we were just a few minutes from the Main Gate of Camp Pendleton and we were able to spend time with our son who is stationed there. We plan to be back next fall."

"The complex is amazing, has a pool and hot tub, as well as nearby restaurants just over the bridge. There's also a really cool area where the water is calm and you can walk through to the marina and restaurants."

"Overall, the place and the stay was fantastic. Great location and access to the beach. Everything was very enjoyable until the last night - the group staying below us was a little loud with music and talking late into the night - but the ocean muted some of it. Overall, a great little get away."

"As pictured- lots of beach supplies which was awesome wagon was a huge plus! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Weird smell in stairs to loft- I’m allergic to scents and couldn’t find it to unplug it. There was no communication book/binder offering suggestions or directions on Checkout compared to other places we’ve stayed here. No reminder or connection reach out from owner in the days leading up to or during. I tried to find original contract I’d signed but couldn’t find it...

"The stay was great, the property is amazing and feels like a tropical oasis. The beach access is fabulous and feels like a private beach. The only complaint I have is the hot tub was being redone. I looked forward to relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings and that is the only thing I was not able to do. The sunsets in Oceanside are amazing and overall, we were very happy with our stay and would book at this location again. "
