"The property was closed when we arrived. The sign said closed for 2 years for remodeling. You can imagine our shock to find out the room we paid for was unavailable."

"Super friendly staff. Best possible location next to the louvre and comedy Francis. Lots of cafes and restaurant. Lovely surrounding but elegant and quiet. Metro stop right there. Lots of space in the living and bedroom. I’ve stayed at many good hotels in Paris but this is the best yet "

"Our suite was huge and had a gorgeous window with a lovely view. The hotel could have been cleaner (if it was we would rate 5 out of 5) and our room smelt of smoke a bit but the location was great and the staff and facilities where superb!"

"Everything was great especially the service. My only complaint would be the shower had no coverage and the bathroom got wet every shower. They just need to add a shower curtain. "
