"The property location was ideal. Area is full of shops and dinning options. The particular room we were assigned to, Room 208 was undesirable since it is right across from the service elevators and the service closets. We had service staff talking right outside our room throughout the day and lots of noise coming from the service elevators and closets. I would refuse that room assignment the next time I am there. I wondering if these types of rooms are assigned to Expedia and Costco...

"The service was impeccable, from the moment we stepped in, our check in was pleasant, and reception staff went out of their way to show us to our room, and around the hotel, we even had a personal note from reception with complimentary vouchers to utilise in the bar, due to slight wait to get checked in.
