"I wish I could give 6 stars! We had wonderful service and every employee who worked the front desk was helpful and answered our questions including the restaurant recommendations from two employees. The rooms are small but that is typical in Paris. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic with plenty of restaurants within a half mile. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Paris."

"I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Great location within walking distance of the Louvre. Despite being in the heart of Paris, it was quiet enough outside to sleep with my windows open. Also, the price point was very reasonable. The best part, though, is the excellent customer service from the staff. When we checked out, the person on duty offered to carry our suitcases down the stairs for us. And when our arrival flight was diverted to NYC and delayed for 23 hours, they responded...

"Had a quick 3 night stay here in Paris to celebrate a birthday. While a small hotel it had an elevator and was clean and comfortable. They had add-ons (champagne and macrons) which I took advantage of. We also added on breakfast which was delicious; then we could most start out for the day and not start by looking for food. Staff were friendly. They held our bags the last day so we could check out and still enjoy our last few hours in Paris. "

"The room was not as pictured. The ceilings had mold and mildew stains. You can hear the water running through the walls and the room has a distinct smell. The only thing that was decent was the updated bathroom. The furniture and bed was outdated. We were offered another room which was no better since the bathroom was not updated. The elevator was tiny, can only fit one person and one luggage. For the amount that we paid, it definitely was not worth it. Do not book your stay here."
