"We had a very pleasant stay - the staff was amazing, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and well-furnished. The one issue we had was the noise from the renovation that started in the morning around 9am and continued through the day. Fortunately, once we were out sightseeing we did not have to put up with it. "

"I love the rooms that we used.. super cute. The breakfast was fine. The personal at the front desk needs to be more friendly specially the only lady that is there. She is super rude. There only were two people that were amicable: A man that spoke to us in Spanish and helped us with the check in. I don’t know his name but he gave us 414 and 415 rooms. And the other person who helped us with the check out was also very nice. We stayed from Dec 31st and January 3rd."
