"Nice grounds and pools. Large rooms but somewhat stark. All tile floors. Smelled like cleaning products. Cabinets were rickety. Seems like built in the 70s and never upgraded. Could hear people easily in adjacent rooms and our neighbors below complained to us that we sounded like construction workers through their ceiling. Restaurant was reasonable with good food."

"Very beautiful and welcoming. Staff is very attentive and working hard to address any issues or concerns. I didn’t venture off facilities, but there are places you can travel to that is not far away. My only issue was that the when I used the public hot tub it was a bit dirty from the nature that fell into it and it was warm at best. Not really hot. Everything I’d enjoyed and would recommend doing tour and the spa after. "

"Amazing stay at Lost Iguana. Everyone working there was so kind and accommodating. Beautiful resort with lush greenery. Transfers via golf cart throughout resort available if raining (or just don’t feel like walking up/downhill). The room was beautiful and clean. Would stay again!"

"This place was super nice. Getting transportation outside the area can be a real pain. Staff is nice but if you want to try an outside property for diner or beach your on your own. Super difficult using spa as well. Everything needs to be pre booked and not flexible. People get up in morning and horde chairs as well. That’s annoying. "
