"Good experience. I booked a room with a King bed, but the one I was given had a Double bed; no one ever explained the change. The pools were very good, and the staff was generally good, although there were some cases where they were rude. The evening show was excellent, and there were good activities during the day. As for the food, the quality has dropped significantly. It still offers good variety, but the quality is definitely not at hotel level."
