"Francisco, Karien, Ava and the res of the staff were great!!! They assisted with all our day tours and transportation. Nice having laundry service available and a great breakfast every morning. My wife & I enjoyed the location (nice & quiet) away from the noise of downtown. Would certainly go back to this facility."

"We visited Cloud Forest Lodge early March and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is just slightly off the beaten path, giving you the true rainforest feel. The property has trails to explore, animals can be spotted throughout the grounds. We were surprised to see no tv, but that was just lack of research on our part. Staff were always friendly and helpful with any inquiries we had. Would definitely consider staying there again on our next visit to Monteverde."

The staff always welcomed us with a cheerful greeting and were helpful in explaining gluten free options while dining. We felt safe walking down the road to some of the shops and enjoyed coffee at the shop down the hill. We highly recommend. "

"It was beautiful. Having your own pool was amazing. Need a rental car, tv options were limited, advertising a bit deceiving. Overall if you have your own vehicle it was very nice"

"This hotel is simply the best in all aspects, great ambience, aesthetically designed, I simply loved the interior and exterior decoration, meticulously planned and designed, I could not resist taking photos at the bar the because the way it is designed, breakfast was best with options to chose from, front desk team helped me to chose the type of activities with some great recommendations.. they have accommodated our request for keeping luggage as well as use of washrooms when we returned even after we returned.. all in all a great place to stay at Monteverde.. "
