"The hotel was quite expensive for what they offered. yes with the swimming pool/sauna/steam room it's a bonus. 3 pm check-in was missed because of a faulty aircon in the room by an hour. Compensation of free drinks in the bar but just because I have asked for it. One of the lifts was not working out of 3 lifts. Breakfast for me was ok only not outstanding cos I'm vegan. Heritage restaurant did not meet my expectations as the food was over an hour late and barely anything on my plate."
