Close to Hamburg HBF.
This hotel is only 150m from the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage with them prior to my room being available. Perfect for a solo traveler who just needs a bed for the night.

I stayed here for Ironman Hamburg. The prices were lower than elsewhere and the location was convenient. The hotel and room are basic and the area outside isn’t the most inviting BUT it is very clean and well kept inside and the staff do everything to make you feel at home. It was a little hot in my room so I asked for a fan and it was provided. Overall a simple but clean and functional stay. Thank you!

no toilet or shower in the single room
I booked a single room for two nights, and when arriving I found out theres no toilet or shower in the room, this was not stated clearly anytime doing the online booking. Toilet and shower is shared with others, where I think the price for a singe room without is too high. The room is also not the cleanest in the corners and at the desk where the window and radiator is. The receptionists on the other hand very welcoming and kind. able to share any info one may need about Hamburg. The hotel is places by the main train station if you never been to Hamburg before be aware this is a noisy area, with homelessness and addiction. Its not an unsafe area

Gute Unterkunft für 1 oder 2 Übernachtungen in Hauptbahnhofsnähe. Liegt im "orientalischen Viertel", aber man muss keine Angst haben. Altes Stadthaus mit vielen Treppen. Kleiner Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Aber besser ohne großes Gepäck reisen! Saubere Betten und bequeme Matratze. Schalldichte Fenster. Frühstück war völlig ausreichend mit einiger Auswahl. Es gab einen Kaffeeautomaten. Außerst nettes Personal!

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Was schade war,dass uns ein 3 Bett Zimmer angeboten wurde! Wir aber nur 2 Betten hatten und eine etwas harte Schlafcouch! Auf den Bildern sah das Bad geräumig aus,war aber eher ein Gäste WC mit Dusche!

Einmal und nie wieder! Es war so dreckig,kaum zu glauben,dass es Reinigungskräfte dort gibt. Auf das Frühstück haben wir lieber verzichtet. Man konnte kaum schlafen,da die Fenster so undicht waren,dass man den Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht gehört hat.

Wir haben schon das 3. Mal das Hotel Terminus für eine Übernachtung genutzt. Jedes Mal wurden wir herzlich aufgenommen und es wurde immer auf die Sehbehinderung meines Ehemannes eingegangen. Auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals können wir nur mit "Hervorragend" bewerten. Wenn wir wieder in Hamburg übernachten, ist das Hotel Terminus die 1. Wahl.

Gutes hotel Erlebnis für ein paar Nächte. Kleines verstecktes Hotel im Süden vom Hbf. Personal super nett und freundlich. In den Zimmern hört man leider Geräusche vom Flur etwas deutlicher. Durch die Fahrstuhlsituation sind die meisten/alle Zimmer nur nach kurzer Treppenbenutzung erreichbar.
