"BreakFree is the ideal hotel for a solo traveler wanting to explore Christchurch. Most attractions are easily within walking distance. Most of the single rooms are quite small, but functional with exceptionally comfortable beds. This hotel is ideal for the intrepid traveler that wants to explore Christchurch instead of spending a lot of time in the hotel room. A shout out to the front desk staff who have been professional and gracious during my two stays at this hotel."

"Rooms were nice but very small. Great central location and good nearby food options. Fire alarm went off at 1am. It was a false alarm but there was no communication to the guests at all. Wasted an hour trying to figuyout if it was real or out."

"Excellent location and room. Very, clean and safe. Comfortable bed. Only negatives are that it didn't have a microwave and a smart tv that you could stream from. This was promised. Will return to this accommodation."

"We had a great stay with your company and your front desk staff member Josh was incredibly helpful to us and I would like to pass on that he provided amazing customer service and would like to acknowledge that. Our room had a great room as requested although we found 2 nights we were unable to sleep due to drilling/loud road works which we would’ve liked to be notified about or a discounted rate given as we are wanted to rest in your hotel for our travels ahead we found many many black bits...
