"My AND i stayed here between April 4 and 11 2025. This hotel is quite the gem. The staff were amazing. So friendly and ready to help in anyway they could. The atmosphere were delightful fulled with art peices and beautiful furniture. There is a spa in the basement which was relaxing and private as you had to book a time slot. We had the very bonne room and it was oerfect. Huge in European standards. It was clean and comfortable. We loved our veranda and enjoyed coffee on it. This hotel was situated in the perfect location. Close to the metro and kitty corner to the arc de triomphe! And a tonne of restaurants to try out. It is a short walk to champs Elysee also. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Paris. "

"Best thing about the property is their staff. They are very humble and helpful. It is walkable distance to train and bus station. Many cafes, restaurants, local shops plus mall are around. only downside property is, we were hot in the night and they have big doors instead of windows in the room and I paid for room with kitchenette but they don't have in the room apart from Fridge. Otherwise it was brilliant experience. "

"This was my 3rd time to Paris. I come every year. I loved the hotel. Riom was very comfortable and the staff took very good care of us. When i return ti Paris i will definitely stay at this hotel. So close to arc de Triump and shopping and restaraunts near as well. The bed and piĺows were very comfortable .staff waz excellent and they would go above and beyond theur way ti help in y wat. I give them 5 stars 🌟 "

"This hotel is one of my new favorites!! The staff went above and beyond to help with restaurants or directions. They loved our recap of our daily adventures!! The nightly happy hour was wonderful after a day of walking. The room is on the small size but average for Paris and the bathroom was great. Beds were so comfortable and warm. It was literally down the street from the Arc de Triumph but was quiet and so easy to get to. I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was for us."
