"Hotel Is in a good location in regard to access to Metro and Bus stations. M2, M13 and several bus routes are nearby. Elevator Is really small, only 1 person w a bag, Internet was good. Balcony is a window w bars, We stayed on 4th floor and did not have any issues. Coffee and tea available on 1st floor, Room are small, could use more shelving and hooks to set things. Some outside street noise but not really once windows and shutter are closed"

Reception staff were mixed starting from a base of the guy who checked us in on the Friday night barely acknowledging our presence to the guy who was on reception for our third day/night and was very pleasant/helpful. "First of all, the rooms are tiny, around 11m2, with the sink OUTSIDE the bathroom. My room was at the last floor and I had to bend to take my shower properly. My room was freezing. After patiently waiting for the air to get warm (which never happened) until 1am, I asked the staff that replied they will only put the heaters on in November ... WHAT ? I ended up sleeping with all my warmest cloth, 3 blankets and a portable heater ... A real nightmare. Secondly, someone entered in my locked...
