Lovely hotel!
Staff were lovely, rooms were of a decent size, they could just do with a bit of an update as they are a little dated and worn in places. Clean and tidy overall, comfy beds. Great location for the tram and metro. Would definitely stay again.

Great!
The staff are very welcoming, and do speak English. The rooms, while smaller than American hotels, were comfortable and sufficient for my family of four. Very clean and in a safe part of Paris, close to public transportation.

Overall the stay was ok. The room facilities where.... questionable: Door didn't lock completely. Shower was tiny (could barely fit in myself and I wear a UK medium). Mini fridge didn't seem to work, the light would turn on when you open the door but nothing became cold. Positives: Staff really friendly Situated near a bunch of restaurants 1 hour walk from many landmarks.

This was a last minute room rental because our previous rental unit was not acceptable. We appreciate being able to find a room but the gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly. That’s ok, no problem. The problem was we were put on the fourth floor and the elevator only goes to the third floor! We had Several bags because we are on it extended trip across Europe. When you get off of the confusing elevator, there are two exit to the elevator there was a very narrow hallway and then a spiral staircase to go up. This was not a very good situation for me as I am handicapped. The rooms are very small but there is plenty of hot water and extra pillows. But be aware that it is definitely NOT sound proof! There was a family with kids that were going from room to room until 4am so sleeping didn’t happen until after that!
