"From the Concierge to the Bellman, we found the staff to be very, and unusually, competent and professiosnal. We had occasion to change room from a standard room to one where the bath was more accessible. The Front Desk staff handled this exceptionally well, showing us two possible exchanges and then seending a bellman to assist with our move within the hour. We were very impressed and much more comfortable in our new room. Thank you."

"Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and available. The location is central and you can walk across the street to the park and not a far walk to the metro. The rooms are modern and nice. Please park outside of you don't have a small vehicle. Many cars have been damaged going up and down that narrow spiral driveway. The staff will warn you so please check space before you enter in. "

"It’s on a great location close to numerous cafes and restaurant's. Walkable to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Room was relatively clean, just a few marks on the curtains and walls. Reception very helpful. We found that there were many places to eat nearby so we skipped breakfast at the hotel, but it was relatively good value from what I saw. I would stay there again."
