Perfect boutique hotel for a City Break in Paris. All staff were excellent - welcoming, helpful and responsive to requests. The Arc de Triomphe is visible when you step out the front door. Metro, RER and Bus stops 2 minutes from the hotel.

Front desk staff was very helpful, especially Haled. The property is closed to the Metro station and 2 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. I highly recommend staying at this place.

Good experience. Location is good but probably would have stayed closer to the Lourve in hindsight. Nice property but perhaps they are working out some kinks. Elevator and room key system were both out of order. Bed was very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decor was nice.

This property was exceptional, the service here was fabulous from check in to check out. The room felt like new. The bed felt so fresh each night. The room is even better in person. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Europe trip!

Rooms are nice and comfortable beds. Hotel is new which is the pro and con of my stay. Staff doesn’t seem to be experience enough and lacks ability to provide quality service that I expect from a boutique hotel. Check in was confusing. Lack of communication between reception staff. I had to explain I already provided credit card and payed for taxes upon arrival but room wasn’t ready. They almost double charged me. Travelling with only a carry on, I expect access to a simple iron wouldn’t be a huge ask. I requested iron the first evening and they didn’t have one available but promised they’ll have it next morning. I had to wear my same travel clothes for the rest of my evening. Next morning; I waited till 12:30PM and still no iron. I stressed the importance of my needing to get ready for an event but there was no sense of urgency on their part. They said they only have 1 iron shared at the hotel. I asked where I can buy one and she suggested a store 1 block away. I end up buying my own iron after paying hundred of dollars to stay at this hotel. If it was that easy to just buy an iron, why didn’t the hotel just buy knowing how much I desperately needed it? Area is good if you want/need to stay there but warning, nothing around is opened on Sunday. I prefer staying in the 2nd or 7Th. The rest of the stay was nothing special and I will not be returning.
