"The elevator was out the entire trip. Making it very difficult as I have a hard time with stairs. Especially as I was there for business. Otherwise it is a very basic hotel that could have worked well as the staff was quite nice. "

"It was located centrally so we could take metro when we wanted to, multiple restaurants & markets near by . Staff were nice specially Cecil she very helpful.The problem is the TV is programmed in French only so we could watch anything except news."

"The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Also very quiet for sleeping. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We did not have hot water for 24 hours which was not ideal but was fixed quickly. Location was great for Bastille area, Gare de Lyon ans the left bank. We would happily stay here again. "
