Find Hotel with a Concierge in 12th Arrondissement

"We booked this hotel for its location - 5 minutes from the Lyon train station and Metro. We were very pleasantly surprised by it's attractive exterior & lobby, and welcoming staff. We found several restaurants nearby to choose from for dinner, and slept very comfortably in the cozy but well-appointed room. The shower was great, and the bathroom & bedroom were immaculate. Definitely would choose this hotel again!"

"We had two shows at Opera Bastlle. Hotel was a 5 minute walk across the street. Staff very friendly, buffet breakfast was more than what we needed. Highly recommend."

"Hotel was amazing. Room was a little hot for our liking as the air con only went to 19.5C but the room was practical and comfortable. We liked the separate toilet and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was handy for our disabled child. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed too. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. For example, I asked for extra towels and straight away gave you towels. Definitely will stay at Novotel chain again. Location of the hotel was great especially Gare de Lyon nearby (15 min) and walkable plus there is metro station literally 2 mins away. "
