"Wow! Loved this hotel. It is close to the train station to go just about anywhere. Stores, restaurants, the river. To me, i stayed on the 6th floor and very quiet, and comfortable. The staff was fabulous, except the young lady in the restaurant down stairs. A little disappointed in her, I don’t speak French, just a little and I believe she was annoyed because she pretty much ignored me while she was very attentive to the other guests. "Hotel was amazing. Room was a little hot for our liking as the air con only went to 19.5C but the room was practical and comfortable. We liked the separate toilet and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was handy for our disabled child. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed too. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. For example, I asked for extra towels and straight away gave you towels. Definitely will stay at Novotel chain again. Location of the hotel was great...
