"Pros - Close to Gare de Lyon. (Approx 5 min walk) Plenty of food options around. Surrounding area is relatively safe and quiet. There is a supermarket nearby (Carrefour) Cons - Bathroom is quite small. It was okay as I was travelling alone. "

We liked the separate toilet and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was handy for our disabled child. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed too. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. For example, I asked for extra towels and straight away gave you towels. Definitely will stay at Novotel chain again.
