"We arrived and our room was ready, check-in was easy, we got good recommendations from the front desk for local restaurants, everything was as it should be. maybe the bathroom could do with a bit of refreshment, the housekeeper sometimes changed the towels and left cups, etc, but sometimes not, so a quick call to the desk got what we needed. the beds were comfortable, the window opened (!) to the morning blackbird chorus and everything worked well. "

"Staff at reception was very helpful, even kept the room ready for early check in by 11 am, really appreciate that. Room was clean and comfy, would prefer more carpeted floor as it was cold even with heating on. Metro station was around 5 mins walk. Only thing we do not like about was Breakfast. Not many options for Vegan / Vegetarians (breads, mixed fruits and some variety of croissants, there were much more options in Meat / Non vegetarian), and exact same menu for all 3 days which was not...
