"Staff were kind, skilled and very helpful. Room (cozy) was very clean but small as mentioned in description. Shower door was very narrow, not an issue for me but could be a problem for a larger person. Location very close to Gare du Nord is perfect with access to RER and Metro. However some people could find presence of homeless people close to the station an issue. I have stayed in this hotel many times and never had a problem. "

"This was a solo trip and the hotel was ideal. The location was just 20mts from the Metro and close to the main overground train station. Food and bar options on your doorstep with everything catered for from early to late. Staff were very helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
