"The room was clean and easy to access via a lift. Check in was easy and the staff were mostly friendly. We did have an issue with the air-conditioning/fan not working - a member of staff came up to take a look and after glancing at the thermostat, told us it may or may not work and that we should just open a window. The window was a door out to the balcony and let a lot of noise in. So not the most helpful solution. He told us that because everyone else in the hotel was using heat, we could not...

"Lovely wee hotel - compact! Lovely design and made feel welcome. Close to fab neighbourhood bakery Mamiche, and walking distance to centre of town and mooching around the Canal area. Rooms are small, two people would be very cosy, and also it wouldn't be that comfy for working from the small desk/stool area. Nespresso machine in every room and fizzy/ still water. Cups weren't cleaned each day etc, so lower score for cleanliness. But overall, definitely recommended. "
