People at the counter are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, but extremely small, so it is good just for a couple of nights. The breakfast included is limited, but it does the job. Very well located, next to the train station, metro and restaurants.

This is more like a motel. Area is busy, many restaurants. Hard to find parking, though the hotel does have a contract at a close by parking lot. Suppose to get discount but can't find attendant to give us discount. Siren run all night so we must be close to an emergency responder facility. Staff are very nice and accomodating.

The hotel itself was lovely. Great value for the money; however, the area can be a little shady. One night we saw a brawl in the middle of the street, not far from the hotel, between young men throwing bottles at each other and one carrying a bat. Luckily police were in the area, and put a stop to the incident.

Bad customer service. Unable to get refund even for one night. The lady at the front desk made me pay for the city tax but refused to refund with excuse that the room I booked was non refundable and cannot get another room or extra bed option for my minor child. She refused to allow my minor child to stay in the same room with me.

very close to the Gare de l’Est train station. Small but clean and modern room. Mine was on the corner so I could open both windows and get a nice breeze and listen to the street sounds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel room looked nicer than the pictures showed in the website, the room was cleaned everyday by room service. Only downsides was that room service knocked on the door a couple times quite early and the WiFi kept promoting you to enter your email. Other than that it was a great experience, lovely staff and a great price. I would definitely come back and refer to others.

Hotel was very conveniently located if you need to use Gare Du Nord station and the little balcony was a nice surprise. Check-in was easy. However, my shower had not been restocked with gel/soap/shampoo, which I did not realize until too late. The area was very noisy with outside activity, but I did expect that.

Great location, the personal is super nice and they support you on anything. In the other side the WiFi was terrible and in the night the bathroom will smell really bad
